Exchange & Return

All item(s) purchased from ablurkitty is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. We kindly seek your understanding on this. We will only accept exchange or returns for faulty/incorrect item delivered.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

If you have received an incorrect item, kindly drop us an email or Instagram message within 7 working days from the date of delivery, with your name, order number and a photo of the incorrect item received and we will get in touch with you for an exchange.

Do note that all incorrect item delivered have to be returned to us unworn, and in its accompanying box and suede pouch.

FAULTY ITEM RECEIVED

Every piece is checked thoroughly before they are packaged, we are truly sorry if you have received a faulty/damaged item in your order. Kindly drop us an email or Instagram message within 7 working days from the date of delivery with your name, order number and a photo of the defect in the item received and we will work to have your item replaced. In the event that we are unable to replace your item, a refund will be made instead. 

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by us and no two pieces are the exact same. Do note that all crystals and pearls are naturally formed, slight flaws, fractures, inclusions and blemishes are natural and will not be considered a defect. Variances in patterns and flashes are what make each crystal one of a kind and will also not be considered a defect by us.
