WEAR

・ Avoid contact with water, perfumes and other chemical products.
・ Be careful not to tug or pull on delicate chains or settings and avoid bending your jewelry.

・ Remove jewelry before showering or exercising.

STORE

・ Store your jewelry in a pouch or box when not in use and keep it in a cool and dry place.

CLEAN & CLEANSE

・ Use a soft jewelry cloth to clean the surface of your jewelry.

・ Avoid using a polishing cloth as it will strip away the gold plating.

・ Cleanse crystal jewelry metaphysically with sage or palo santo.

Kindly send your jewelry pieces to us via courier/mail within 7 days after return address is provided.

Processing time for repair services will take approximately 1-2 weeks.

*Do note that additional fees may be required for missing crystal beads or replacement of hardware.
