As many of our items are made to order, kindly allow a processing time of 5-7 working days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Tracked shipping: $4
All local orders will be shipped out via courier within 5-7 working days from the date of order. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Orders will be delivered by the shipping carrier 1-3 business days after the parcel is picked up. Please kindly note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Malaysia & Brunei: $8 (Free shipping to Malaysia & Brunei for orders above SGD120)
Asia (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand): $12
Australia, Japan, New Zealand & rest of the world: $18
All international orders will be processed and shipped out via Singapore Post Airmail service within 12 working days from the date of order. The standard shipping time is 7-14 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Customers outside of Singapore are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local customs. These charges are paid to your local authorities or courier and are not collected by ABLURKITTY.
In the event where your parcel is returned to us due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect OR Incomplete address
We will contact you to organize a re-delivery at additional cost incurred by you.
For incorrect and/or incomplete address provided by you, no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
