When will my order be shipped?

As all our jewelry are lovingly handcrafted and made to order, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with the tracking details. Your parcel will take 1-3 business days to reach you, hence please factor at least a week to receive your order!

Kindly note that the processing duration is only a guide and orders can be dispatched before or after this date.

I ordered multiple items as gifts, can you package them in individual boxes?

Definitely! Simple leave a note at check out and we will pack each of your pieces in individual boxes.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

We use mostly 14k gold-plated or gold filled materials for our jewelry. Please refer to individual product listings for specific materials and gemstones used. 

How is the bracelet sizing like?

All elastic crystal bracelets pictured on our site are made to fit a wrist size of 15cm. If you have a bigger/smaller wrist and require size adjustments, kindly leave your exact wrist measurements in the Order Notes before checking out. There may be slight edits to the design to accommodate your wrist size. 

To take your wrist measurement, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the portion of your wrist you usually wear your bracelets. 

I have received my bracelet but it's too loose/tight! Can I send it back for size adjustments?

Yes you can! You may have your bracelets sent back to us if you require additional resizing. Please contact us via IG DM/email if you would like to do so. Additional resizing is FOC if the item is sent back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery (as per stated on the delivery tracking status). There will be a flat rate of $4 required for the delivery back to you. If the request for resizing is made after 7 days from the date of delivery (as per stated on the delivery tracking status), a flat rate of $5 + $4 delivery fee will be required. Please contact us via email/DM if you would like to do so. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns in person, it has to be done via mail/courier, preferably trackable. We are not liable for any lost mails during the transit back to us hence it’s recommended to use a trackable mail/courier service.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept any cancellations of orders once payment has been processed.
